Getting Started
Putting the veterinary telemedicine specialists at PetRays to work for you is easy. From your initial request to equipment set-up, it only takes a few short hours to connect your practice to the PetRays network.
Our telemedicine specialists provide consultations and diagnostic image interpretations in a variety of areas, including:

Call 1-888-4PETRAYS and speak with one of our friendly account managers. We will set up a time to check your equipment (by telephone and web meeting) and configure your equipment to begin sending images. CR and DR systems, along with most CT scanners and ultrasound units, can be operational within a few hours.
If your practice is not able to transmit digital images, PetRays can provide you with the necessary equipment. The equipment is shipped to your practice within one to two weeks. Set up is very easy; however, if you have any questions, the PetRays team is available to help.
Once your equipment is set up and configured, you can begin transmitting images to PetRays. It's that simple.
